Journaling for Self Coaching and help raise money for Alzheimer’s Society
Join me on Wednesday 10th September, 630pm-730pm, on zoom, for a special workshop where I will share with you how to use journaling for self coaching.
Using my 5 x 5 x 5 approach, 5 minutes a day, 5 days a week, for 5 weeks, I will show you how the structure I have developed will support you to explore your thoughts, feelings and actions – the type of journaling we are talking about is not stream of consciousness downloading, a page of meh! Rather, it is intentional journaling. It’s designed to be done without a lot of time too. The result when done consistently over time is a transformational effect on your direction in life, self confidence, boundary setting, quality of relationships and how you handle stress. At a particularly difficult time in my life, I began journaling each day and it became he foundation stone of my healing and creating the life I wanted for myself.
I was chatting to someone recently about the journaling workshop and they said, ‘yes we need that – just like with meditation or breath work… you know it can be helpful but you aren’t sure what to do. It’s the same with the journaling’.
I rarely offer workshops of this type at this price. The reason I am doing it is twofold.
Firstly, it is because journaling is a powerful self coaching tool, and in an incredibly fractured world I believe we all need simple, accessible tools to support us. I also believe in the power of connection and bringing people together in small groups.
And secondly, all monies from this workshop will go to Alzheimer’s Society to aid their research into dementia. My darling Mum Aileen passed away in June after a 10 year journey with Alzheimer’s. Dementia is the leading cause of death in women in the UK since 2014. Yet despite this there are some major breakthroughs happening in our understanding of the disease and I am hopeful.
To secure your spot on the workshop, please fill out the form and pay £10 – when all the monies are collected I will send to Alzheimer’s Society in memory of my Mum.
I can’t wait to see you on Wednesday 10th September. I will email you at the start of September with the zoom link, and details of what to reflect on before the workshop. The session will not be recorded to maintain confidentiality but I will give you a handout to support your work after.
