Journey through Journaling

Unlock your potential with this deep dive 3.5 hour journaling masterclass

Journey through Journaling 3.5 hour in person masterclass is the key to unlocking your potential to create the life you really want.

What if you knew there was a tool you could use that’s free and that will transform the relationship you have with yourself and what you expect, and ask for, from life? A tool that will become the foundation of your personal growth and transformation.

Learn to use Journaling as a powerful transformational tool in this deep dive masterclass. I will share the techniques I’ve learned over decades of journal writing and research to support you to experience the same level of transformation.

The masterclass is held in a beautiful renovated granary barn in the pretty Sussex village of Fulking, just 10 minutes drive from Brighton & Hove.

I’ve kept this group small, there are just 8 spaces, so we can immerse ourselves in the powerful Journaling techniques in a safe environment and you get the most from the morning with me.

The workshop I held in November was such a success, the group wanted to stay all day and we have just met again this Spring, with plans for a picnic in the summer.

So here is your chance to sign up and experience the transformational morning.

NEXT DATE TO BE ANNOUNCED SOON

  • Arrive at 9.45am for coffee, tea and homemade cakes and bakes, and fruit (yes, there’s cake for breakfast!). We’ll have the log burner lit for your arrival. We’ll come together to explore how to use journaling as a powerful tool for personal growth. There will be time to do some breathing exercises outside (weather permitting), and there are plenty of comfortable breakout spaces so you can work independently and with each other.
  • This small group means you will get the most from the morning working with me, you’ll have the chance to meet other people, to learn, to share your thoughts, and to leave knowing how to support yourself. All in a beautiful environment.

All you need to bring is a journal or notebook you’d enjoy writing in, a pen or pencil. And if you need a lift from Brighton, let me know. There is ample parking on the verge just by the barn.

All this for £65. Spaces sell fast so don’t wait too long on this one.

What people are saying about my Journey through Journaling masterclass

I would like to thank you so much for creating such an inspirational workshop yesterday. I came away feeling uplifted and inspired, having absorbed so much helpful information and advice. The whole experience was a joy: the delicious homemade cakes, teas and coffee, the wood burner that kept us snug, the genuinely lovely women who made such a special group, and the care and consideration that was present in every aspect of your workshop. I came away feeling cared for, which was wonderful! Thank you too for my very special goody bag, again so beautifully thought out.

“Just a note to say thank you very much for this morning, I thoroughly enjoyed it on so many levels: I loved the opportunity to take some time out; I loved the venue as it felt a beautiful location and true escape; I really enjoyed the journaling exercises and the discussion; and I loved meeting such a wonderful group of people.”

About Caroline

I’m a qualified professional coach, passionate about supporting people to navigate major transitions in life to step confidently onto new pathways. I help people to understand what gets in the way of us creating the life we really want, and how to go about removing those barriers to live with a greater sense of fulfilment. I am drawn to the space where wellbeing and work meet, how to support people to strive for their goals and dreams while living in a state of total wellbeing.

I’m Caroline Jory. I’m 50, living in Brighton with my partner and two children, aged 16 and 13. I grew up in the Cotswold and continue to move between Brighton and the Cotswolds where I have family.

My move into coaching came when I hit my mid 40s – recently divorced, my Mum was diagnosed with dementia, my Dad’s health was declining rapidly. I needed something with more meaning. People had often said to me ‘I’m due a Caroline chat, when can we meet’ – I can connect with people to figure out thorny issues through conversation.

What makes me so passionate about supporting people on their journey is the possibility it opens up. Not just to achieve what they want but to experience the far reaching ripple effect it has on all areas of their life – happier relationships, better balance with life and work, ability to make more money, and ready to pursue their dreams.

Coaching with me will give you a path through – it’s designed to support you to find that place of strength inside yourself and through my coaching process, you’ll achieve the change you want to see. We co-create a plan you can own, incorporating the reality of who you are and what will work for you. We build on your strengths. We will identify what it is you want, what is getting in the way and map out an action based path to move you forward, with accountability.

I work with private clients and in corporates with emerging leaders. My clients work hard to breakthrough and they are testimony to the power of great coaching. Before coaching, I worked for 25 years at senior level in publishing & marketing in public and private sectors. I’ve worked in award winning agencies alongside some of the best known brands in the UK including John Lewis, Post Office, TSB.
